Trump Had No Plan B for Iran

And it shows.

Three weeks into Donald Trump’s war against Iran, the president has still refused to define victory other than to say the war will soon be over.

From the moment he launched hostilities, he offered many rationales for the war, choosing among them like he’s picking hors d’oeuvres from a buffet at one of his golf resorts: It’s about nuclear weapons, it’s about terrorism, it’s about ballistic missiles. As the media, and the world, press him for explanations, he continues, as Pegah Banihashemi and Paul Poast wrote in The Atlantic on Wednesday, to “careen” between demanding “unconditional surrender” from Tehran and signaling “that he might abruptly declare victory and leave.”

But Trump did seem to have an overarching goal at the start of the war: regime change. In a video he released during the first night of the attack, he told the Iranian authorities to surrender and called on the Iranian people to rise up against their government. Unfortunately, the regime in Tehran seems to be recovering and, even worse, consolidating power. The American intelligence community has reportedly issued an assessment that the regime “will remain intact and possibly even emboldened, believing it stood up to Trump and survived.” Trump now appears lost, unable to comprehend how a blockbuster movie that he scripted out, one in which he cast himself as the Liberator of Iran, has turned into a poorly received miniseries that might yet be renewed for another dreary season.

Another stupid lie filled essay lacking in reality, facts and common sense. Only really stupid people gobble up such moronic drivel. :palm:

Not one single MAGA moron on this board said during the last presidential campaign that they wanted a war with Iran. In fact, the claim made was that Trump would keep us out of wars, while Harris was keen to start a war against Iran.
 Thinks he isn't the moron.

I would hardly call this a war, you brainless halfwit. We are freely flying over their nation destroying their weapons, military and leadership at will.

It was an operation that was a success on the very first day. But alas, what would low IQ Kamala voters know about competence, common sense and success, right?

I notice MAGA morons on the thread cannot actually define victory or explain what the end game is for their war.

Unless MAGA cuts and runs, or offers the Iranian government concessions, the hardline Iranian government is not going to just surrender, it's not going to collapse, and Trump's War allowed them to consolidate their power.

If the hardline government stays in power they can claim victory over Trump just by surviving massive American attacks, and then waging asymmetric warfare against USA interests and against our allies in the region.

Why would he lay out in advance precisely what he's going to do? That would be stupid...
Leftists just can't get it through their hollow skulls that President Trump isn't going to telegraph every little move that he makes.

But I bet you dollars to donuts that the US takes over Kharg Island within the next couple weeks.
From the moment he launched hostilities, he offered many rationales for the war, choosing among them like he’s picking hors d’oeuvres from a buffet at one of his golf resorts: It’s about nuclear weapons, it’s about terrorism, it’s about ballistic missiles.
Of course he did. It "keeps the enemy guessing". It doesn't telegraph precisely what he's doing or why he's doing it. It allows for the element of surprise.
As the media, and the world, press him for explanations, he continues, as Pegah Banihashemi and Paul Poast wrote in The Atlantic on Wednesday, to “careen” between demanding “unconditional surrender” from Tehran and signaling “that he might abruptly declare victory and leave.”
See above.

This military operation isn't about regime change. Regime change would just be a "two birds with one stone" sort of deal.
In a video he released during the first night of the attack, he told the Iranian authorities to surrender and called on the Iranian people to rise up against their government.
Yup. So?

And to think that the Magatards were referring to Biden as the Blunderer in Chief, which makes me wonder how they're going to justify Crazy Trump's ultra blundering.

I notice MAGA morons on the thread cannot actually define victory or explain what the end game is for their war.

What we are noticing is how you are deflecting and flailing while parroting incredibly stupid false narratives.

We've already won. Our aircraft are flying at will blowing up their leadership, missiles, drones and bunkers unopposed.

That's what winning looks like you brainless, clueless assclown.

Unless MAGA cuts and runs, or offers the Iranian government concessions, the hardline Iranian government is not going to just surrender, it's not going to collapse, and Trump's War allowed them to consolidate their power.

More laughably stupid speculative nonsense. You seem quite full of it.

We don't need concessions. We are demanding complete surrender and if not, we will keep taking out their leadership and military.. DUH!

MAGA lives in that vast empty space between your ears halfwit.

If the hardline government stays in power they can claim victory over Trump just by surviving massive American attacks, and then waging asymmetric warfare against USA interests and against our allies in the region.

If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, we would all have a very merry Christmas.

That's all halfwits on the left have. Stupid "ifs" and "buts" with a very short shelf life. If you had a brain, you would be embarrassed being wrong all the time. ;)
