Methinks what would make libs happy would be for any person in the higherups of our military and in our senate and congress to dress appropriately like Fetterman does with his hoody. Nope. The Constitution specifically calls for civilian control over the military (service members). The President on down to the Service secretaries are specifically civilian and not uniformed service members.
