Folks you heard it hear first...the Saudi's will in fact help the Iranians behind closed doors like they did with 9/11. They have the money, the admiration of the US and are sneaky as fuck can be. Meanwhile both Russia and N Korea will engage sooner or later agains't the US. China will also secretly support these efforts. Every adversary the US has created, will wait with the utmost of patience to finally see the US brought to its knees. We have been a nation of entitlement and pomposity and everybody wants a piece of our ass

Disagreed. The Sunnis and the Shi'as have been going cats and dogs for centuries. While some radical Saudi Islamics did work against the US and participated in 9/11, including some Saudi royalty, the Saudi government knows their biggest enemy is Iran.

Same here for the same reasons General Powell was against it: no exit strategy, we'd win the war but lose the peace. I was very disappointed when General Powell was browbeat into supporting it.

I thought BushCo. was lying about Iraqi-Al Qaeda dies, I thought the claims about WMD were highly dubious, I didn't think Saddam had nukes let alone would be stupid enough to give them to extremists, and I saw no evidence Saddam was itching to attack the American homeland.

I just didn't see any legitimate justification to invade and occupy Iraq.

It was all a dubious attempt to get the US into Iraq and stick the American flag in the middle of Arab oil country.

Besides doing anything to distract from the Epstein Files, Trump is pleasing his oil oligarchs with Phase Two of taking over two major oil producing countries and risking American lives in the process.
