there is NO law or designated procedure where the cop can force someone to roll down their window IF the driver can clearly hear him and converse. All he had to do was tell her the reason for pulling her over. If that entailed her handing over her license and registration for a traffic violation of suspicion of DUI, then she's required by law to roll down that window and comply. Clearly, the cop was about "Do it because I said so".
Now it's obvious he's dealing with a "karen" with seriously exaggerated "white privilege" attitude. BUT, this was handled poorly by the cops and unnecessarily escalated. She should thank her lucky stars that her skin isn't yellow, tan, brown or black.
And FYI: it's spelled "w-o-m-e-n", plural for woman.
