my apologies then....because i was asking an actual question, however, i allowed my preconceived notions of your usual responses cloud my view of your answer.
why is it do you think almost 2 months later the fund hasn't kicked in yet? i know it takes time, but the fund was supposed to streamline the claims. and yet mott and the news is still harping on bp....despite the fact they agreed to the 20 billion to be overseen by the guy who oversaw the 9/11 claims...
