Anyone versed in The Constitution should be against the so called "Save America Act". The Constitution leaves it to the states to determine voting rights and procedures. It's not even a Constitutional requirement that voters be citizens. It is in state constitutions or state legislation that this and other voting requirements are found. By this diversity American liberties are protected, not endangered which they would be if left to the mercy of any single president and Congress. The Founders knew what they are doing.

The Constitution does not leave it to the States to violate the Constitution, or to violate the laws of interstate commerce.

The Save America Act simply requires steps be taken to ensure 18 U.S.C. § 611 is forthwith adhered.
