Clinton was the last one with positive approval.

Bush, after Clinton, had one Gallup approval rating of 90%, with only a 6% disapproval rating. That is insanely positive.

All the Presidents since Clinton have had approval ratings above 50% at one time or another, with the obvious exception of trump. The majority of Americans have never approved of trump, which is why it has to be canceled, I guess.

Obama's high point was 69%. Biden's high point was 57%. trump has never reached even 50%.

Not after Clinton, but Carter had a high point of 75%

There is no "the governing body of horse breeders". There are several "governing bodies" based on particular horse breeds (e.g. American Quarter Horse Association)

who consider there to be five genders of horses.

No such "governing body" recognizes "five genders of horses" either. However, a number of them DO recognize five different CATEGORIES of horses (an extension FROM the TWO genders) based on the horse's age and castration status.
