Hardly. Joke was one of the worst presidents in US history. Terrible economy. Open borders. Disastrous foreign policy. Only in the last 5 months leading up to his election loss, did he and his administration desperately try to bring inflation down under 3%. Even then, he used stupid tricks like depleting the strategic petroleum reserve--supposed to be used for national emergencies and defense--to try and drive gas prices down after doing everything he could to run oil companies out of business.

His debate fail with Trump will be remembered on the level of Nixon v. Kennedy.
