Yes on Prop 19 Winning 52%-36%; Majority Supports Legalizing Marijuana

But our main concern should be the victims being created in the US, by the mj users who support the black market and are ultimetly responsible for the deaths and suffering.

Why are mj users so self centered that they only care about using mj and not about the victims they are creating.

The blood is on their hands.

SHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAME ON YOU.

Those who attempt to control CREATE the black market. They are responsible for the deaths.

Why were drinkers so self centered that they only cared about being able to drink alcohol and not about the victims that were created by prohibition?

Why were blacks so self centered that they only cared about being able to sit at the front of a bus, eat at a white lunch counter and vote and not about the victims of the unrest that ensued as they resisted the arbitrary controls of southern whites?

It is stupid to blame others for wanting to be free to make choices in their own lives for the damage that results when they resist your dictates. You have no business telling them they can't drink, have to sit at the back of the bus or cannot smoke marijuana.

Alcohol is no onger prohibited.
sitting at the front of the bus is no longer prohibited.
Eating at a white lunch counter is no longer prohibited.

It is not stupid to blame others, for the choices they make, when those choices are illegal.

Those who smoke mj don't care about the problems they are causing, by supporting the black market and ultimetly the suffering and death they cause.
Why are mj smokers so self centered??

The blood is on your hands.

Your attempt to once again try to equate the Civil Rights movement with that of mj smokers, is moving past pathetic and into the rhealm of stupidity.

You're words denigrate all the work and problems that those in the Civil Rights movement endured.
Where's the mj users civil disobediance events; ie: sit downs, blocking traffic, marches??

OH-WAIT; you won't have to, or don't want to, face water hoses, attack dogs, mass arrests, beatings, etc.

If you attempt to equate the mj smokers with those of the Civil Rights Movement from the 60's and 70's again, just shove your fist up your ass.

freedumb, you are just an idiot, like Chavez, that fails to understand human nature and believes all humans need is a good whipping and they will fall right into line. If they don't, well then they are responsible for the beating they receive. You are just as bad as the slave master.

The only difference is you believe the slave master used his whip for an immoral cause while you are morally superior to the drug user. That's why slavery was rationalized by racist views that blacks were inferior. It is why homosexuals are cast as sexually depraved. It is why Jews are cast as irrationally greedy. The first step is always to dehumanize the whipping boy.

So? This is nothing but a completely irrelevant diversion.

They choose to smoke marijuana. You choose to pay people to shoot at them for that.

The blood is on your hands.

Drug warriors are the murderers. You are the one asking for the state to intervene with violent force. The blood is on your hands.

Your post is just another failed attempt, on your part, of trying to make it appear that mj users have some kind of connection with the Civil Rights Movement of the 60's and 70's.

It also seems to be projection on your part, because there is nothing I've posted that comes close to what your offering.

Why don't mj users care about the suffering and deaths they are causing, by their support of the black market??

The blood is on your hands.

freedumb will claim historical references are a diversion or a straw man, not really understanding what either of those are. If we just ignore the lessons of history, we can repeat the same mistakes over and over and over again, all the while pretending that those who only want to be free are responsible for the bloodshed that results from the resistance would have told us to expect.

Yes, the drinkers were responsible for the deaths.
No, the weren't responsbile; because that was a Civil Rights situation, which mj usage is not.
Yes, they support the death and suffering that comes from supporting and financing the black market.

The real murderers are those that use mj and support the black market.
lf mj users would stop supporting the black market, it would disappear along with the suffering and deaths.

The murderers are the mj users that support the black market.
The blood is on your hands.

Prohibition of alcohol did not occur in the 60s-70s retard.

No, the point is to demonstrate that it is human nature to resist arbitrary dictates and commands from others. It is human nature, for one to want to be free to make ones own choices and find one's own ideas of right and wrong.

You are free to reason with them, but you cannot convince them through force. It does not matter how many lashes you lay down. It will not work. And when they fight back the blood is on your hands.

RShithead is trying to equate the use of mj with the Civil Rights Movement of the 60's and 70's. By doing so, he denigrates those who suffered to show how specific laws were dehumanizing a segment of the US.
Since the us of mj is a choice, he must therefore feel that a person's civil rights are also a choice.
He must believe that Blacks and Hispanics made the CHOICE to be treated as subhumans.

Those who use mj are responsible for supporting the black market and are also responsible for the death and suffering that come from that support.

The blood is on RShithead's hands and those who support the black market.

After doing so, return to the thread where you think I made any reference to alcohol being prohibited in the 60's and/or 70's, reread it, and then slap yourself for making such a conclusion.

So if a group of people decide that they have the right to walk in the streets and that cars no longer should drive on them; it's the car drivers fault if any of that group get hit by a car and killed.
That is your reasoning, ov course.

Those who use mj are supporting the black market and therefore are respnsible for the death and suffering that comes from their support.

The blood is on RShithead's hands.

Yes, the drinkers were responsible for the deaths.

Idiotic. The deaths did not occur UNTIL the state attempted to force it's will on them.

No, the weren't responsbile; because that was a Civil Rights situation, which mj usage is not.

So? Civil rights makes resistance less dangerous? Who was responsible?

Yes, they support the death and suffering that comes from supporting and financing the black market.

The real murderers are those that use mj and support the black market.
lf mj users would stop supporting the black market, it would disappear along with the suffering and deaths.

And if stupid thoughts were gold you'd be very rich.

There would be NO black market if a legal one were available.

The murderers are the mj users that support the black market.
The blood is on your hands.

The murderers are the drug warriors that created the black market. The idiots, like yourself, are responsible for the violence by demanding that violence be used to destroy legal markets.

In all cases it is those who attempt to unjustly force their will upon others that are responsible for the deaths, not those who resist. You cannot give us any reason why some who resist should be blamed, but not others. You clumsily try to with a simple label but that explains nothing.

But they had a choice and they choose to support the black market, like the mj users are now doing; so Yes they were responsible then, just like the mj users are now.

You're not resisting anything, except your choice to stop using and no longer supporting the black market.

There would be no black market, if mj users cared about the suffering and death they are causing.

The murders are those, like you, who continue to use mj and refuse to accept the responsiblity they have, for supporting the black market and causing all of the suffering and death.

Why don't mj users care about those that suffer and die, just so they can continue to get high??

The blood is on RShitheads hands and those who support the black market.

Here is a picture of the hands of a mj user, after he contributed to the death of someone, just so he could get high.

Dumbfuck... I have used several examples from history. Not just the 60-70s. I did not mention alcohol prohibition in the EXACT post to which you responded but I referenced other periods outside of the 60s-70s. The 60s-70s is not the common thread, retard. The common thread is that idiots like yourself tried to control others who resisted and people died as a result. Blaming the victims/resistance is stupid.

So if a group of people decide that they have the right to walk in the streets and that cars no longer should drive on them; it's the car drivers fault if any of that group get hit by a car and killed.
That is your reasoning, ov course.

The streets are public property. The state not only has some right to control them it has an obligation to do so. People are not the property of the state and the state has no right or obligation to control their actions, except as they constitute and initiation of force on another.

But, we can also apply the rational basis test to this and demonstrate how silly your example is.

How many people are running into the street demanding that cars stay off of the roads and then being run over? Let's see.... last count.... ummm... 0.

What harm results if cars are no longer allowed to use the roads? The economy grinds to a halt and millions starve to death.

Now let's apply that to marijuana. Thousands are dying in the attempt to stop some from using. Some of those are users, some are completely innocent third parties and some are cops.

What harm results if we stop enforcing marijuana laws? Chirp chirp chirp.

The laws do not serve a valid state interest.

Those who use mj are supporting the black market and therefore are respnsible for the death and suffering that comes from their support.

The blood is on RShithead's hands.

The blood is on the hands of the idiots who create the black markets and DEMAND that violence be a part of the market.

You are an idiot and you are way out of your league.

They shouldn't have to care, as its their right to use. If its between your life and their rights, well, fuck you, I'm siding with them. Don't like violence and death, then do what we did in 1933 by enacting the 21st Amendment, and repeal prohibition!!

Please go back and reread your posts and my replies; because you're getting emotional and your cognitive abilities have suffered from this.

Your complaint about my reference to alcohol is just such an example of where your feelings are overcoming your ability to think.

But those people don't care about the economic impact, they just want to break the laws that have erroneously ruled that cars have access and are therefore resticting them from using it.

If they die, isn't it the fault of the drivers and those who made such archaic rules.
I mean who are they to decide where these people can walk and not walk??

The blood is on the hands of those that support the black market and don't care about the suffering and death that come from their support of the black market.

The blood is on RShitheads hands and the other mj users.

Here is a picture of the hands of USF after he contributed to the death of someone, just because he's too cowardly to end alcohol consumption in America, contributing to thousands of deaths via drunk driving and domestic violence.

But consuming alcohol is legal and there is no wide spread movement to ban it; therefore your strawman just caught fire.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9VQ1HvwaEs"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9VQ1HvwaEs[/ame]

People like RShithead don't care about the suffering and death; because they only want to use their mj and they willingly support the black market.

The blood of thousands are on the hands of RShithead and others like him, because of their mj usage.

*you really should find your own pictures and ideas, instead of stealing them from someone who's publically spanking your ass* :cof1:

Nope. You are not fit to lick the bottom of my boots when it comes to cognitive abilities. How are you doing with that injunction of sb1070 for EXACTLY the reasons I outlined?

Your complaint about my reference to alcohol is just such an example of where your feelings are overcoming your ability to think.

No, I mentioned alcohol in another post, idiot. The point is still valid. I have made historical references beyond the 60s-70s. I am not attempting to connect to that period or any period.

Again, I am trying to point out that violence resulted in these instances because murderous bastards tried to force their will on to these groups that eventually and inevitably resisted.

But those people don't care about the economic impact, they just want to break the laws that have erroneously ruled that cars have access and are therefore resticting them from using it.

What people? Who are you talking about? There are no people demanding that cars be barred from the road outside of your fevered imagination and idiotic attempts to misrepresent the points that have been presented to you.

Tell you what, you go walk out into the street with a bunch of your idiotic friends and maybe we will rethink the traffic laws.

The problem is that you are pretending people use drugs, drink, engage in homosexual sex, refuse to sit at the back of the bus or do anything against unjust laws just to be stubborn and that the laws that oppress them are perfectly rational. That is not the reality.

The blood is on RShitheads hands and the other mj users.
*I guess i'll make this part of my signature, so that I won't have to keep retyping the facts*

When I smoked a joint in the past (at this point I have decided not to any longer... has jack shit to do with you or this discussion but other personal reasons) it was to enjoy the buzz. I did not ask anyone to shoot anybody over it, hit anybody, lock anyone up nor did I even demand that they grow it. I simply offered money for weed, same as I offer money for meat.

The drug warriors DEMAND that people be shot at, locked up, beaten, that doors be busted in, dogs shot and children terrorized all in order to force other people to do what the drug warriors want. You are no better than the terrorists that kill women because they fail to wear a veil. Your kinds only response is "if they would just wear the veil and do what the fuck we tell them, everything would be okay."

The blood is on your hands, Osama.

The fact that you think like this, is one of the reasons your cognitive skills are sorely in need of restructuring; but I will leave the bootlicking up to you, seeing as how you do seem to excel at it.

As to SB1070, I'm doing fine.
An appeal has been filed and like I said:
If the courts find for the Feds, then all the States can send a bill to the Feds; for all the money that was spent, due to the Feds not doing their job.
If the courts find for the State, then it proves that even the courts don't fell the Feds are doing their job.
This is a win-win situation for AZ.

My comments have been towards your stupid attempts to equate your smoking of mj, as being on the same level as the Civil Rights movements of the 60's and 70's. The fact that this disturbs you, means that maybe you're finally understanding that you're attempts have failed miserably.

Sorry; but the violence continues because those who deal with the black market care nothing about the violence and suffering they are contributing to.
If people would stop buying mj on the black market, then the black market would go away; but people like you, only care about themselves and their ability to get high.

You're in error again; because there has been nothing in my posts that hinted that those who fight for their civil rights are being stubborn.
Smoking mj is not a civil right, no matter how many times you say it.

Since you have now shown that you voluntarily contributed to the black market, how does it feel to be someone who has a direct responsiblity for the suffering and death's you have supported?
Meet is not illegal, mj is.
What part of illegal are you unable to understand??

Those who smoke mj are directly responsible for the deaths and suffering that the black market causes.
Why do those who smoke mj care nothing about the people they harm and only are concerned about themselves.
The blood is on the hands of those like RShithead, who only care about supporting the black market.
