If I was watching it for the football maybe. I watch the Superbowl for the commercials. When it gets deliberately political they tend to lose interest for many people.

Does anyone else feel the lack of famous actors in the commercials? If so this would be either that the NFL deemed them divisive and to be limited, or it represents the decline of the influence of Hollywood in the culture as they let their art turn to shit.

Anyway, Seattle is starting to look good. The announcers kept saying it was going to be all defense... I told my wife that I think that they'll adjust and one of the defenses will cease to be as effective either in the 2nd Quarter or after halftime...

I'm rooting for Seattle I don't like the Patriots. So far the Seahawks are doing OK
