That said, going armed to a protest and kicking out the tail lights on a Federal vehicle was stupid.
Really fucking stupid. He should have known his violent action would attract attention. Those ICE
agents were over zealous. He was subbed already and the gun was strapped to his back. The guy who
yelled gun and the agent who fired first was were assholes. The others who fired after were even more
of an asshole. Adrenalin can cause over reaction. it can cause cause misses in hunting situations. You
have to control it Those agents didn't.
Anyway, that is my opinion. I believe there must be a sense of responsibility and understanding of
when just start opening up on someone who you and others have nearly head first on the ground.
If that gun was in his hand, that would be another story. but it wasn't. He was As I said before, carry
a gun to a protest and become violent was asking for trouble. If he wouldn't have kicked that vehicle,
nothing would have ever happened. He screwed up and it cost him his life.
