It's going to be interesting to see the indictment. My guess is one of the first motions to dismiss will be because the DoJ hid exculpatory evidence from the grand jury. The DoJ is just going to keep digging themselves deep holes in front of every judge in the country.

The first amendment isn't restricted to "reporters." It covers all journalists including opinion commentators.

There is no first amendment right to take away the first amendment rights of enemies of the party. Lemon is a terrorist who used KKK tactics to terrorize churchgoers as part of the insurrection.
