An assassin tried to murder federal agents and this is your response.

Pretti was unarmed, on the ground, being beaten, and not fighting back. He was not trying to murder anyone.

But maybe ICE agents mistakenly thought he was trying to murder them? It could have been mistaken self defense? The problem with that claim is these lies that people like Miller keep spitting out even after they know the truth. To believe mistaken self defense, we have to believe they lied about 19 things, but one thing, that cannot be proven, they told the truth about. To add to that, they destroyed most of the evidence.
