The only time the ICE goons knew he had one was AFTER he was faced down on the ground with 3 to 4 goons whaling on top of him AFTER they pepper sprayed him twice in the face for interfering in their roughing up a defenseless woman. Video shows one hand holding his camera/phone, one hand in the air. He was shot several times AFTER he was frisked and the gun was taken from him.

The word 'gun' was uttered before any shots were fired. I agree he was disarmed but that word gun was the trigger word.

Yelling "gun" when clearly the gun was taken from the holster of a man face down, pepper sprayed and being beaten by a few goons did not justify the warning or the shooting.

Trained law enforcement agents would know that....and a proper investigation would substantiate such. But were dealing with MASKED individuals who are SHIELDED from proper investigations that would be open to public scrutiny.

Something you'd see in a "banana republic" or communist or authoritarian or fascist gov't.

- Unless he was brandishing that weapon and/or inciting to riot, Pretti had the constitutional and legal right to CCW to a protest.

- Videos clearly show that Pretti NEVER reached for his weapon, as both hands were occupied .... one holding a phone/camera, the other trying to help the accosted woman up.

- Funny how all the jokers trying to gin up a cause for Pretti to be shot (in the back while face down with 4 cops whaling on him) were all gung-ho for widdle Kyle when he was ILLEGALLY brandishing an assault rifle in a riotous situation. Can you say "hypocrites" boys and girls?

The difference is that Rittenhouse was trying to stop rioters and Pretti was being one of them and doxing and obstructing LEOs in the performance of their duties. They are not the same.
