Communism is a pipe dream of the absence of the state, which will never happen, and can never happen.

Marx proposed a an economic system and a form of government. The economics based largely on Fabian principles. He advocated totalitarian dictatorship (of the proletariat) as the governmental form necessary to maintain a socialist state.
