Better training for ICE

I propose better training for ICE. It's all about the training. Here's my basic outline:

1- Train them to collect all their belongings, weapons excluded
2- Train them to go the fuck home
3- Train them to accept their permanent termination and the absolute and permanent abolition of their agency

ps: the VA ICU Nurse murdered today was not brandishing a gun.

@Walt , don't be a total coward. You've mustered the will in the past to make bold predictions on HATRED for the US, on totally bogus disinformation and on TDS-fed delusion, so don't stop now. This is the perfect opportunity for you to:

1. Declare "We got Trump this time!" (you know that you want to and need to)
2. Declare that video confirms ICE is guilty of murder.
3. State that if the ICE officers involved are exonerated by video, that you will admit your error and apologize to Trump here on JPP.

The footage is clear. The ICE agents removed Pretti's gun from his wristband. He never grabbed his gun, and was not armed when they started shooting him. They continued to shoot him after he had died.

I have never said that. I think it is going to get far worse before there is any hope of getting better.

The video confirms that they shot an unarmed man, who had never brandished his gun even though he was being beaten. It only proves a set of facts. That set of facts could be considered to prove murder, but that is an opinion.

Again, they cannot be exonerated by the video. The video does not show what was in their mind. It could have shown that Pretti was brandishing a gun, which would have been very useful evidence for the ICE agents. It does not. It shows them first beating Pretti, which Pretti did not respond to by brandishing his gun. It then shows them disarming Pretti of his gun. Finally it shows them shooting the unarmed Pretti repeatedly, even after he was dead.

About a third of "We the People" agree with you, with two thirds of "We the People" wanting them to stop attacking random people in Minneapolis.

As for giving them "all the rights" they want to do whatever they want. The Constitution prevents a majority from getting all the rights to oppress a minority they want. It certainly does not give a MINORITY the rights it prevents a majority from having.

I watch a lot of police body cam video on YouTube, and local municipal law enforcement officers are generally much better trained than these ICE brown shirts.

The simple fact is they shot an unarmed man, and, after the first few shots, a dead man. Then they showed a fake image of his gun, which still strikes me as weird, because he did have a real gun before it was taken out of his waist holster.

They may have another defense from murder charges, but they are sticking with the false claim that Pretti was brandishing a gun at them. Clearly he was not. The longer they lie, the harder it will be for anyone to believe the truth.

the trump administration can still probably block a criminal prosecution for a while. they can pardon the ICE agents, but only a federal pardon. The state can be delayed in prosecuting them, but they cannot get a state pardon.

My prediction is sooner or later they will be in prison. I am not 100% sure, but it does appear probable.

Local law enforcement is shocked that ICE will leave an arrested suspects car by the side of the road with the windows down, and keys in the car. Any reasonable law enforcement secures the suspects car when arresting them.

That's some bullshit.

Local municipal law enforcement are generally better trained in de-escalation techniques and in complying with their statutory obligations under Federal and State constitutional law.

Sweetie - Laken Riley was ONE PERSON. Many more are killed each year by legal American citizens, especially where YOU live.

Also, ICE isn't arresting criminals - they're arresting construction workers, bus boys, fruit pickers, and nannies. You're going to say, "they're criminals because they're here illegally" and you are technically correct. BUT THAT WASN'T WHAT TRUMP PROMISED YOU - he promised he'd be getting DANGEROUS CRIMINALS off the street. It's a scam.

If the ICE thugs weren't terrorizing people cruelly - two innocent people, a mom dropping her kid off at school, and this nurse, who had every right to be there and do what he was doing.

Also, Goldie - stay tuned because news is going to be coming out shortly about how people are being murdered in trump's immigration prisons.

This is NOT our America, Goldie. These people in MN, they're innocents - their city has been terrorized and turned upside down by a bunch of masked goons with bloodlust.

ICE is arresting construction workers, bus boys, fruit pickers, and nannies, etc.

ICE is killing mothers and intensive care nurses.

Something is so differently wrong with ICE and its leadership.
