Nekima Levy Armstrong

If the feds are doing it, it will be violations of rights.
Correct:
18 U.S.C. § 247, which makes it a federal offense to injure or damage religious property or interfere with religious worship in certain ways. Federal law also criminalizes acts that deprive individuals of their rights under color of law or by conspiracy, including 18 U.S.C. § 241 (conspiracy against rights) and 18 U.S.C. § 242 (deprivation of rights under color of law)

Freedom of religion is a civil right.

18 U.S.C. § 241 (conspiracy against rights) and § 242 (deprivation of rights), still carry severe federal criminal penalties, including lengthy prison terms and fines, for depriving citizens of rights, though the specific penalties have evolved
Then you also didn't bother to read 241, did you?
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

I wonder if falsely arresting someone for exercising their first amendment rights is covered under this if 2 federal officers conspire? It would certainly appear to cover that.

But tell us how entering a church and yelling was a conspiracy to injure, oppress, threaten or intimidate them to prevent them from practicing their religion?
I did see a post but not confirmed that a federal judge refused to sign off on an indictment of Don Lemon.

The DoJ fucked around and will be finding out.

I tell you what, if they go to trial and are convicted in the next year, I will not post here for a year.
If all charges are dropped in the next six months, you will not post here for a year.

The problem the DoJ has at this point is they made an arrest without doing an investigation. That never goes over well when it comes to trying to bring someone to trial.

Don't make promises you won't keep, shitneck.
:nono:
Been there, seen that. I kept my promise. 1 month for something like that is OK, but you're going all hyperbolic and will welch like the dishonest pussy you are whose word is not worth a fuck.
How about this?
If they get convicted or not, one of us has to wear the signature picks of the other for one month?
And make it clearly visible.

Allegedly Nekima Armstrong is one of the principle organizers for the Cities Church protest. An arrest warrant for her has been file. More warrants have been filed . I wonder if Don Lemon will be nest. This should get interesting.

More proof all White Nationalist traitors and terrorists hate black people. Sad.

How soon before these white supremacists seek to make it against the law to teach African-Americans how to read and shoot?

You really are to stupid for mere words. :palm:

She is another grifter who has been a pain in the ass for honest Minnesotians for years. Uses her color as a weapon and she has a mouth bigger than Monica Lewinsky. One of her sidekicks, Chauntyll Louisa Allen, another overfed individual, was another colorful asshat who failed as a candidate for city council, started hanging with the BLM movement, and was last noted for trying to create a rucus at a Chinese Chop Chop restaurant and thanks to customers that came to the defense of that restaurant, her removal and subsequent dismissal, all her bullshit charges were dismissed.
