When our high school takes our choir to perform at an event, they identify as the name of our high school's choir.... its not necessary to label them as a black, inner city , socio-economically disadvantaged, etc. choir...

So how does what's Happening in Virginia solved the problem? If you truly believe that religious and ethnic bigotry is a problem , why would you go out of your way to throw something like the inauguration and the election in people's faces? To get people to react? I'd rather doubt that anyone protested about the appearance of the choir and the election of those women ... although the republicans may have been disappointed that their candidate lost... Did I miss something?

Isn't that what we do here, throw one side of a political/cultural issue "in people's faces"? Even so, I was surprised by the hostility shown for those sweet kids.
