All of this stuff started going non-linear, when we started viewing possible immigrants from the Lens of Identity Politics, rather than seeing and vetting them as Individuals, each with their own story, attitude, skills, outlook, which needed to be documented and reviewed for compatibility with American Culture.

When you take one look at a person's superficial trait of skin-tone, and then assume that they are trust worthy to given huge amounts of government money, based on their membership in a Identity Politics Oppressed Group automatically means that they can be trusted...
Well, you're going to get it wrong, MOST of the time!
Because skin-tone is not a good indicator of trust-worthiness.
Assuming all POC are worthy, and all Whites are Bad, is not stopping racism, it is vastly increasing it.
The process of seeing a person as an Individual, regardless of Skin-tone, is how you stop Racism.
