Six Prosecutors Quit Over Push to Investigate ICE Shooting Victim’s Widow​


Six federal prosecutors in Minnesota resigned on Tuesday over the Justice Department’s push to investigate the widow of a woman killed by an ICE agent and the department’s reluctance to investigate the shooter, according to people with knowledge of their decision.

a person can still be arrested (with probable cause) or held in custody before trial, but they remain legally innocent until a court decides otherwise.

You are waging war against the United States. Being arrested for assaulting federal agents is the least of your worries.

Just because you oppose the laws passed by our congress, signed into law by Obama, and upheld by our courts does not give you the right to obstruct, assault, or kill police for enforcing those laws. When you of the insurrection attack federal law enforcement, you should be arrested, or shot and killed.

Unless you are a democrat going after a conservative. Then they all conveniently forget the constitution. Persecution is all about how they feel.

Laws apply to you insurrectionists. I know this is a shock - but it's true.

So you are saying ICE is grabbing people in vague suspicion of being illegal aliens, including US citizens, because they are insurrectionists?

This teenager appears to have been a US citizen, and was definitely a Target employee just doing his job. It is doubtful that he is an insurrectionist, and even if he was, it is not ICE's job to grab him.

He said he was the US citizen. There was absolutely no reason not to believe him. Arresting him as an illegal alien was unconstitutional.

He was just a kid working at Target.

Was this guy arrested for that or was it for something he did interacting with the agents? Because the state of Minnesota and the city of Minneapolis REFUSE to give ANY help whatsoever to the ICE agents there in terms of local law enforcement support, ICE is forced to do their own crowd control. Given the mass amount of rioting and violent protesting they face it is entirely possible that this guy did something to get himself arrested for.

Given the amount of lies shouted by persons being taken into custody by ICE--on video--I doubt whatever this person was claiming until it was actually verified on paper.

they did not arrest him for being an illegal alien.

target workers don't have a camera out getting in the face of ICE officers as a part of their job description
