I don’t know that I have thoughts so much as overwhelming feelings of sadness and disgust. And I’m really, really scared — by the needlessness and senselessness of her killing; by the responses of President Trump and Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of Cruelty Kristi Noem; by how eager they are to see Americans at one another’s throats.
