Correct. Biden has dementia because he has a Parkinson related disorder that is why a Parkinson doctor visited the White House multiple times. I have been trained in how to spot dementia and Biden is displaying symptoms commonly seen in dementia. I find it interesting you are still unsuccessfully trying to cover for him. :laugh:
