Yeah, that's the same thing. That requires and education and passing classes. ICE is giving idiots huge bonuses because they want numbers, not ability. There was a reporter who applied to ICE just to see whaty would happen. She is a lefty and wrote critically of Daffy Donald. She went home from the introductory session thinking she would be rejected. They offerered her a job. If they did any background on her, they would not have made the offer. She is exactly what the Right hates.
