I think all LEO including ICE should be re issued blackjacks to carry

They make for a good "mostly" non lethal tool in quickly restoring order. You hit someone in the back of the head with a blackjack and lemme tell ya.........they tend to just STFU and be REAL GOOD almost instantly......

A black jack is such a good old design though. Sweet and simple. POW!!! A lead weight sewn into the end of a leather sling has instantly shut the mouth of many a leftist deadbeat. Top and back of the head works best.
