Well, this and the state and cities directing law enforcement to obstruct so they cannot pick them up safely in jails so instead do "sweeps"...

I have to say that the sweeps are a bit "sweeping" if they cannot investigate there and drop them back off there... More like fishing, law enforcement really doesn't have the right to just grab whoever they want, investigate, and just leave them on the side of the road. This guy's 4th Amendment rights were, IMHO, violated. There are attorneys out there that might even take this case on a percentage basis.
