They were all already at war. We were already in Iraq and Afghanistan before Obama, so not started by Obama. The worldwide war on Al Qaeda(Pakistan and Yemen) was also started by Bush. Somalia, Syria, and Libya were already involved in wars, but Obama did get the USA involved in the wars there.Post 6.
So by my count, Obama started 0 wars, and got America involved in three wars.
