Examples: Rod Laver - the only tennis player to win the Grand Slam and he did it twice. Could a 5'8" tennis player w/ a one handed backhand even compete these days?

You have access to history books, encyclopedias, documentaries. Eisenhower oversaw eight years of peace and prosperity, and kept United States out of any significant military conflicts. He's probably is typically ranked by historians around 15th best president, upper tier for sure.

I think that has a lot to do with luck with timing. Billy Boy also had that. Hell, if I think about it there was peace from 1975 and for the next 26 years.
As far as prosperity, I also think that has a lot to do with luck. Presidents have little to do with prosperity. Although all that spending during covid caused inflation but congress approved all that. There was a ton of unnecessary spending.
