But but but fishing boats always have 3-4 400 hp out board no fishing poles or nets. They run full speed at night without running lights. The all have cool flat black paint jobs.
 
I have no problem with the US Navy seizing and or destroying narco-boats filled with fentanyl and or cocaine.

I think it is a violation to kill survivors rendered hors de combat.

Would you prefer the US military just leave them in the water to their own devices? I'm fine with that as an alternative.
