Corporations = Collectivism

Sammy Jankis

Was it me?
Coporations are totalitarian hierarchical collectives, with a disproportionate access to loans. Thousands, no, hundreds of thousands of people can have their lives controlled by people with bad ideas, just because they have banker friends.

And corporate influence on government leads to fascism.

our nations is not founded on corporate rights, it's founded on individual rights, some of you dolts parading the constitution around would be wise to remember this, to keep yourselves in check.

"For too many of us the political equality we once had won was meaningless in the face of economic inequality. A small group had concentrated into their own hands an almost complete control over other people's property, other people's money, other people's labor — other people's lives. For too many of us life was no longer free; liberty no longer real; men could no longer follow the pursuit of happiness.
Against economic tyranny such as this, the American citizen could appeal only to the organized power of government. The collapse of 1929 showed up the despotism for what it was. The election of 1932 was the people's mandate to end it. Under that mandate it is being ended.
These economic royalists complain that we seek to overthrow the institutions of America. What they really complain of is that we seek to take away their power. Our allegiance to American institutions requires the overthrow of this kind of power. In vain they seek to hide behind the flag and the Constitution. In their blindness they forget what the flag and the Constitution stand for. Now, as always, they stand for democracy, not tyranny; for freedom, not subjection; and against a dictatorship by mob rule and the over-privileged alike."

Right wing royalists never change. Corporate rule over labor and govt is their main platform and always has been. The situation this country is in now is a direct result of 30 yrs of conservative ideology.

Economic equality is and always will be the cry of the jealous, vengeful, and envious. It is a direct assault on political freedom by attempting to limit, plunder, and redistribute people's lawfully owned property and individual liberties.

That's what plantation owners used to say about their whiny slaves.

Corporations have given poor people an easy avenue to getting rich.

Exactly, collectivism. Mediocre personages use the false security of corporate collectivism to feel good about themselves, and destroy the rest of the citizenry with their fascist thinking and elitism.

Have you spoken to any actual collectivists lately about what they think of corporations being allowed to exist in the world, Asshate?

Says the posturing Marxist. Welcome to the 21st Century and the Information Age.

Even with theoretical freedom, one is really not free if one is in economic bondage. You can laugh it off and say they have the freedom to starve. YOu should say that. That would make you cool.
