Seasoning a post with some portions of "name-calling" is normal and usually fun. Had it been the only thing I said you'd have a point, but you and I both know it wasn't.
Personally I'd prefer we just knew where they were to begin with, even better if we just trained them in Afghanistan, and if they wanted to become citizens then we should provide a path for that. Instead we have people who argue that it is totally unnecessary to even look for these people because "hey, some Iraqi did it last year!"

I reread the thread carefully and nobody here suggested that it was totally unnecessary to look for these people, so I guess you just pulled that one out of your tush. I think that "they" should look for all 40,000 Americans and 46 Afghanis, and charge them with going AWOL.
If you had a shred of honesty you'd admit that making a media issue out of this now, rather than over the last 8 years, is nothing but a cheap ploy.
