White voters remorse as Obama Justice Department bias exposed?

You are so FOS! The complaint was brought against all 3 defendents and was won against all 3 defendents!!! After it was dismissed by Holder a slap on the wrist was administered to only one defendent!!!

The complaint was brought against three defendants and Holder dropped the case against two of them. For the third, the guy with the nightstick, the DoJ got an injunction against him. You can continue calling it a slap on the wrist if you want, but that's all that Mukasey wanted.

No, they didn't have "all the evidence needed." That's the point. They had evidence against the guy with the nightstick.

What evidence did they have against the entire New Black Panther Party where it disavowed the nightstick fellow's actions immediately following the election and there were zero reports of similar incidents notwithstanding that the New Black Panthers had 300 people serving as poll watchers nationwide?

What evidence did they have against the other guy at the polling place other than he was standing with the guy with the nightstick. There was no conspiracy charge in the complaint. You can't charge a person for what someone else does if you don't allege a conspiracy.

And you're just a critic of everything anyone related to Obama does (the DoJ and the White House are not the same thing, btw).

Lastly, "sentencing" applies to criminal cases, not to civil cases.

Go read the fucking charging papers...include THIS piece of damning evidence agianst them as well!!!

No, I am against injustice...you? You support it so long as it's initiated by a liberal.

SHABAZZ, MINISTER KING SAMIR SHABAZZ aka MAURICE HEATH, and
JERRY JACKSON,

Did you even read the complaint??? There was video, and eye-witness testimony against them!

Yes, I read the complaint. I forgot that they included the leader of the New Black Panther Party as well. Tell me, what evidence did they have against him?

Eye witness affidavit "The episode—which Bartle Bull, a former civil rights lawyer and publisher of the left-wing Village Voice, calls "the most blatant form of voter intimidation I've ever seen"—began on Election Day 2008. Mr. Bull and others witnessed two Black Panthers in paramilitary garb at a polling place near downtown Philadelphia. (Some of this behavior is on YouTube.)

One of them, they say, brandished a nightstick at the entrance and pointed it at voters and both made racial threats. Mr. Bull says he heard one yell "You are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker!"

They also included the entire organization

Jesus. Two people were at the polling pace, Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson. The leader of the New Black Panthers was not there. Again, what evidence did they have against him?

I know they included the entire organization. That was another piece of idiocy. The investigation showed that about 300 members of the New Black Panthers went to polling places on that election day and the only people complained of were these two guys. That's not a very strong foundation to pursue a case against the entire organization.

Black Panther Party Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz, said on Fox News just after the election that his activities at the polling station were part of a nationwide effort. That he never wanted someone brandishing a weapon was never made clear by him.

The fact of the matter is that Holder dropped a case that had aready been won. He chose to throw a bone that he had hoped would pacify and it has not. There was ample eye-witness testimony of voter intimidation and a public acknowledgment by the groups leader that it was an organizational effort...the case was won against ALL OF THE DEFENDENTS!!!! Holder did not dismiss charges he dropped victory!!!

Actually, he was ordered not to bring a weapon to any polling place in Pennsylvania ever, as was requested by Mukasey in the Complaint.
Actually, it was lowered down and he only has to avoid doing that until 2012. Also the committee you called "dominated by Bush appointees" is quite literally equally balanced. There are 8 appointed positions, 4 by the President 4 by Congress and no more than 4 from the same party can serve at any one time.

No, it wasn't lowered down. Read the fucking order. I posted a link to it.

And no, the committee isn't equally balanced. There are 4 Republicans, 2 Democrats and 2 "independents" that are actually Republicans.

It was. You gave the first of them. The sentence was lowered. I don't fricking know why, but I do know that the order now gives a time limit.

Surely you have a link to the "new" order. The reason people say it only last two years is because the court said it would retain jurisdiction until after the 2012 election to ensure that the order is complied with. After the 2012 elections, assuming the order is complied with, the case will likely be closed. If the guy violates the order after that the DoJ would have to bring a new case but the injunction remains in effect.

I'll see if I can find it.
