Earl's poll used the average of Multiple polls. Have someone explain to you what averaging means.
Well here is a list of many many polls you can see that the high approval rating is 56% low of 36% and the avg in in the mid 40% range.
And yes it is the same one. just have to go deeper into it to get better data.
