Kamala Harris Isn’t Ready to Be Written Off​

Nixon lost in 1960. He went on to lose even worse in a governors election. In 1962, he made the statement, "you don't have Nixon to kick around any more, because, gentlemen, this is my last press conference."

Six years later, almost to the day, he was elected President.

Harris cannot be written off, but she would need to have a huge comeback. It would need to be a major shift in society. There does seem to be several major shifts in the cards, so who knows.
