White voters remorse as Obama Justice Department bias exposed?

Hey! They made him promise not to bring a deadly weapon to a polling place UNTIL 2012! That fixes EVERYTHING!

:woot:

Actually, he was ordered not to bring a weapon to any polling place in Pennsylvania ever, as was requested by Mukasey in the Complaint.

Yes, Nigel, unlike you I hate injustice. As per usual you are unable to do more than make dumb excuses for this White House.

I think we just might have different opinions as to what amounts to an injustice. And, as I said a number of posts ago, the DoJ and the White House are not the same thing.

then what good is an injunction going to do anyway. it's completely within the law to carry a weapon at a polling place on election day in that state.

Well, if you carry a weapon to a polling place and it is determined that you intimidated, threatened or coerced people at that polling place in violation of the Voting Rights Act, as happened in this case, you relinquish your right to carry weapons to polling places and can be enjoined from doing so in the future.

Well let's see what happens with the new impartial panel that has been appointed and see how far they get with the new round of subpoenas and federal probe into why Mr. Holder decided to bail on this. There is no immediate damage control the WH can do to quiet former Justice Attorney, J Christian Adams' claims that his employer not only abandoned this voter intimidation case for racial reasons, but even went so far as "to instruct attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims."

The $hit is still hitting the fan and until then Nigel will do what he always does.

Spend the entire day on here trying to find a loophole with Obama et al's growing list of eff-ups that very well could go down in history as the biggest, most damaging, and incredible these United States have seen to date.

I had no idea this administration could eff this country up so much in so little time. Their blatant disregard for the voice of the people and misuse of power is staggering.

This WH has failed the American people in too many ways~~~Obama is toast.

Eric Holder, Attorney General of the United States of America, serves under Barack Obama, SFB. You can try and minimize this all you want and split the 9,999,999,999,999th hair in yet another attempt to distance The One from it all. Unfortunately the only thing you accomplish is demonstrating your complete silliness. It is however a hoot seeing you try to use "your big boy voice" to do so. Your big boy pants must be tucked under your ears about now....

FAILED and hit the RAIL at 100 mph!

this was what i was looking for.

don't forget the racist motto of topspit and smigel

ITS NOT REAL RACISM UNLESS WHITEY DOES IT

:cof1:

Racism is an attitude and belief that based on your color you have more rights then the guy who don't share it...

If anyone can think the New Black Panther thug who espouses hatred of whites and thinks killing them is ok, is not a racist, he/she is either an idiot an apologist or both!

But not a single voter was restricted from voting. That's the point. You can't prosecute someone when you have no evidence to support the claim.

We'll have to see how far this goes. All you're doing is assuming. You have an opinion which doesn't mean anything concerning facts.

I have an opinion based on the facts that I'm aware of, as does everyone else commenting on the matter.

We'll I never said that he commited a crime for what he said. He would look better with a white hood over his head though.

My opinion is based on the fact that he was standing at the front door with a club in his hand. Also, it's been said that he was intimidating voters, so my opinion is that he should have been investigated.

Tell me, how do you know no voters were not intimidated. You seem to have some really great facts. I personally have seen, or heard nothing to support what you say about "voters not turned away by intimidation."

The case proceeded against the guy with the club. He was investigated. A civil complaint was brought against him and the DoJ got an injunction against him.

This whole thing is being investigated by the Republican-controlled commission on civil rights and there is all sorts of information about the facts available on its website, including testimony of DoJ personnel regarding the decision-making process and the fact that no one came forward to say that they were intimidated or did not vote. The complaint came from Republican poll watchers, not voters.

You are so FOS! The complaint was brought against all 3 defendents and was won against all 3 defendents!!! After it was dismissed by Holder a slap on the wrist was administered to only one defendent!!!

All that I know is what Ice Dancer just stated.
