The U.S. does not deport U.S. citizens and Green Card holders, also known as lawful permanent residents, but can be deported if they violate immigration laws, such as committing certain crimes where they can be subject to legal processes that could lead to deportation.

The car wash owner interfered with the arrests of illegals that he was illegally employing. Was he detained or formally arrested? Note: It is NEVER a good idea to interfere with a law enforcement officer doing his job. And putting your hands on one will get you taken down and detained or arrested.

Anyone who hires an illegal should be imprisoned. If it be a larger company, the "Human Resources" manager (who so often doesn't have a clue what they are hiring for) should be held accountable. Period.
