Of course none of you Stalinists bothered to read what the laughable suit actually demands. IF the SCOTUS rules against Article II of the United States Constitution, then Costco wants a refund.

Obviously, this is never going to happen. The moron hippies in the board room are just virtue signaling to the CCPNOW! crowd.

The bummer is Sams Club will get even more crowded.

No — Costco is not canceling MAGA memberships. What’s happening is that many Trump supporters are voluntarily canceling their own memberships in protest after Costco filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over tariffs.

And Costco will screw the public a second time because they sure a fuck ain't gonna send that refund on to the customers like they did the tariffs.

Not a business guy, but I presume their prices will drop and they'll recoup any extra costs they paid without passing them onto their customers.

One way to tell will be their annual reports. If they win this case and post a record year in profits, you'll know they kept it. :)
