Democrats Outspend GOP to Lose...Again; TN 7th District goes to Van Epps

You are just recycling the same bullshit,
No, that's you, anchovies... (see below)
be it local, national, or special, the GOP always preformed high, very high, in the district regardless until now
There have only been three elections held under the current district lines. The 2022 general election (midterm), the 2024 general election (presidential), and the 2025 special election (special).

2022 = R+22 (incumbent representative, midterm election)
2024 = R+21 (incumbent representative, presidential election)
2025 = R+9 (non-incumbent representative, special election)

There are no prior special elections held under these district lines to compare this special election result against. The same applies to prior midterm elections and prior presidential elections.

The 2026 midterm will be the first election held in this district that would be fairly comparable against a prior election result (the 2022 midterm). I expect the 2026 midterm result to be roughly double the margin of the 2025 special election result (so closer to R+18).

How much was spent by both parties in the recent TN 7th District Congressional seat?

Republican Side (Van Epps + GOP PACs)

  • Candidate fundraising: $993k
  • Outside PAC support: $2.3M (Lookout) → up to $6M (USA Today full-cycle estimate)
  • Estimated total GOP-side spending: ~$3.3M to $7M

Democratic Side (Behn + Dem PACs)

  • Candidate fundraising: $1.23M
  • Outside PAC support: $1.8M (Lookout) → $1M+ (USA Today)
  • Estimated total Dem-side spending: ~$3M

I didn't.

But if you MAGA morons want to crow about a GOP win in a state like Tennessee...do it. I enjoy seeing it. I am sure our Democratic Party colleagues do also.

I was just surprised. But I guess nothing should surprise me about the MAGA morons. I should just laugh at them...and move on.
MAGA is not a person, Doofan.
