To the extent there is any black racism, it hasn’t had any measurable negative effect on my life. It just makes those dudes assholes. The most insidious part of racism is when it’s broadly institutionalized and results in the degradation of somebody’s quality of life and their equality of opportunity. So I can offer you a hanky if you need a good cry, but I can’t really with hang with your emotional distress.

Probably because it doesn't hapepn. And when things happen to nonwhite voteres, again, it's completely and totally ignored. As in the article desh posted the other day, Republicans don't want nonwhites voting. IMHO, this is sufficient evidence to declare them a white nationalist party, and ban them and stripping all their registered voters of American citizenship.
