You must disobey unlawful orders

Read this and then tell me how Mayorkas and Biden should not be prosecuted. :rolleyes2:

Section 4

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

And a lot of lefty allow riots city mayors, too. And Newscum.

That Trump is an R is an accident in history...my point stands....that R's did not do that Trump did.

Trump is the R in the time Santos has been on the scene.

There is no R outside Trump. The entire R party is subsumed by him and now exists as the Magat party, so i have no clue what you mean.

WHat Trump does, the party that remains does and that was to give Santos clemency for his crimes which not only got him out of jail but got off the hook for having to pay back the people he defrauded.

I think that is a big "defense" of Santos and no one cares if you deny reality and say it is not.

Get off magat media Terry as the Epstein Files have NOT been released by the DoJ yet. They selectively release some which are usually the same ones that were already out in public. They just seem to give mostly those same ones over and over.
What 'Epstein Files'? This seem to be some Holy Oracle to you.

Some New York Republicans chastised the president’s decision. Rep. Nick LaLota said Santos’ crimes “warrant more than a three-month sentence” in a statement on X. Rep. Andrew Garbarino, who sat on the House Ethics Committee panel that investigated Santos, said Santos’ short sentence is “not justice.”

“The President has the discretion to commute sentences for people convicted of federal crimes. In this case, Santos willingly pled guilty to these crimes and then complained about having to serve his sentence,” Garbarino said in a statement. “The victims of his crimes still have not been made whole, including the people he stole from and the voters he defrauded. He has shown no remorse. The less than three months that he spent in prison is not justice.”

You are not better at this than Grok.

The crux of Trump's argument is his labeling them as "Narco Terrorists"
Trump doesn't have an argument. He is taking action. You seem confused on this point. Do you see anyone from Trump's administration bothering to debate anything with the narco-terrorists?

Did you happen to catch any of those boat-busters giving the full deterrent to all future potential narco-terrorists? You know that's going to dissuade future narco-terrorism. When Maduro tells his narco-runners to take drugs through the US Navy, what do you think they're going to say to him? Go on, take a guess.

I think this will go to the Supreme Court eventually
When you say "this" ... what exactly do you mean. It is not the case that just anything can go to the Supreme Court, or were you not aware of that? What is the something that you "think" will go to the supreme court? ... whether the Navy has authority to conduct warfare in international waters? That has already been decided. Were you thinking that the question of whether the President is charged with defending American citizens? Yeah, that has already been decided as well.

Perhaps you could shed some light on your "thinking".

and they will try and do back flips to find a way to allow it,
Too funny! I'm the first person to teach @QP! that nobody has to do backflips to find a way to justify the Navy conducting warfare.

but such an assertion would mean any POTUS could label any criminal act (gun running, drugs, child pedophile rings, etc) as terrorists and just such summarily executing them abroad.
Yep ... then Congress discusses the matter and decides what the law will be.

This would be concerning under any admin as gov'ts can and do make mistake
Like making the mistake of allowing tens of millions of unvetted, undocumented aliens to flood the country, or like making the mistake of allowing Venezuelan narco-traffickers to flood our country with narco-poison totally unimpeded? Yes, governments can make huge mistakes. Fortunately, we now have a government that is fixing the mistakes of the Jill Biden administration.

and some accused are not found guilty at trial
You have always been an advocate of persecuting Trump for everything of which he is not guilty. Now you want narco-terrorists to simply not be prosecuted for anything to sort of "balance it out"?

He has been raising the temperature and Congress, when they put out a video implying that our military are committing war crimes, is also raising the temperature.

Making those kinds of statements is how we end up with National Guard members being shot and killed.
When they are needlessly deployed in places that never requested them, it not only is constitutionally questionable, it unnecessarily places them in harms way.

The video is unconnected to any guard member being shot.

The point is that it is irresponsible for members of Congress to make such a statement.
