I don't think it is an exercise of power, if there is evidence that the autopen was run without Biden's specific direction it would not matter if Trump said this on the internets, they would actually be void. This isn't about "king" or "not king" it is more about "dementia" or "not dementia"...

I personally doubt it is, but no declaration on X.com has legal authority or power to do anything. I was asked if I thought he "had this power" if he was "a king" so, I answered in a way that I thought would be clear. I think the question itself is stupid and misleading. If they really were not directed by the President, they would be void regardless of whether or not Trump said they were... This isn't a "Trump/Power" thing. And the "is he a king" is just inane propaganda bumper sticker nonsense.
