Trump to "Void" All Documents signed by Biden's Auto-Pen...

The coming release is rupturing MAGA from his base, which will reduce the GOP to a very minority party status this fall.

If the President tries to interfere with the elections, SCOTUS and the army will step in, I think.
 
So Trump can go back through previous presidencies, decide which were signed by Auto pen and negate them. This is a great power the clown is taking. Trump has no boundaries. He is proving what the left claimed. He wants to be king and have all the power.

Why?

We know for certain Trump is pardoning people he has admitted he has "NO IDEA" who they are.

That leads to only one of two possible options:

- Trump continued slide into dementia means he cannot remember even key things he has done recently such as who he has pardoned...
- Trump is not writing up the pardons and does not even know who is in them. They are being signed by autopen or him without even knowing who is in them...

Or, Trump wrote an order that said to pardon everyone who was on trial for a Jan 6 related crime without using their names. Much like Carter pardoned every single draft dodger (should have done, not criticizing). He would not know the names of everyone being pardoned... I get that. I may disagree with something someone does, but I get why he would not know their names.

I think the difference is in who actually ordered the pardons, EOs, etc.

My main question would be, "Who is going to "vet" all these things he plans to void?" We know he talked about some of the pardons he was issuing. He signed the one he gave to his son... So that one wouldn't be voided... And not all of them are pardons.

He, like many others, believes that Dementia Joe wasn't regularly giving orders. Instead they believe he was reading prewritten scripts on teleprompters.

If the documents are proven to be "signed" without the direction of the President they are void already. He absolutely has the power to reverse EOs though.. and to "void" them, because he has the power to produce his own pile of EOs.

So this is just noise from Trump. We know that Trump has very little input in the Project 2025 blueprint and its implementation. Miller is the power behind the throne. Yet they are followed as law.

The administration does not have to prove it. It is prima facia good until it is proved not good by outside evidence.
