You must refuse illegal orders!

No I want you to document here specifically what orders were given to who. I don't trust your fucking hate filled lying mouth
Sorry, I do not have the time, there are many accounts on the internet, its not so important to me that you be educated, illustrating your ignorance to you and others is enough for me.

the toxic shit stains are so far gone it is pathetic

so was it unlawful for the President to demand schools desegregated in the 60's?

you assholes are at it again. Just because you bigots can't tolerate that you lost power and don't like the federal laws, you lie and make up shit

You brought up a good point. Would it be wrong and unlawful to advise the troops of their duty to refuse the unlawful orders, especially during the 60's?

100 people have been killed by DonOld without a trial , that’s nothing to sneeze at, the actions have been declared illegal, any further actions will be illegal. Unlawful orders

Cry more, Trumpper.

Reminding the troops of their obligations is nowhere close to sedition.
putting out questionable ideology about what is and isn't unlawful should be. especially when it only endangers the troop individual who makes a bad choice because of what some partisan fuckstick sayd.

I see the unfaithful pEarl has weighed in but haven't read his excuses yet. This should be interesting.

Let's say troops are deployed to an American city, because they are. What would constitute an unlawful order? Firing on protesters? Assaulting protesters? Arresting protesters? Looking the other way if police brutality is happening? Stopping police brutality? Is there a rule book for something for them to consult?
the only rule books are the Constitution and the laws of the land...............that's not the problem, though

None of those people will be prosecuted because it’s an incredibly grey area. However, there are plenty of areas that are not gray. I hope troops are given an education on legal v. Illegal orders.
An officer giving a blatantly illegal order is extremely rare. There's zero need to point out the implications of receiving one. Those six Democrats wasted their time, insulted members of the military, and clearly intended that their message be understood as one of Trump giving illegal orders to the military given all the other Democrat statements made about Trump.
