The issue is bribery and corruption. What kind of access to Trump and to government contacts are these Ballroom billionaires getting?
Why wasn't this project subject to review and transparency?

you should be when those providing dollars for politicians pet projects remain shielded and there is no disclosure if they have other government business that they need approval for or other positive government support.
That is the entire reason private dollars typically are not used unless fully disclosed and transparent and usually thru some arms length organization or non profit.
