That is from a month ago and before the bombshell from court today where Lindsey Halligan testified that the grand jury never voted on the actual indictment she presented to the judge. They voted on a different version and no billed one of the three counts. Rather than having them look at a new indictment she just wrote a new one with just two counts and had the jury foreman sign it as if they had voted on it.

The prevailing legal thought is not that this case will be dismissed but instead the court must rule 'No Indictment ever existed or was presented'.

Halligan and Bondi's fraud of saying to the court 'this is the true bill indictment of James Comey' when no such thing was given by the Grand Jury and instead Halligan just created a fraudulent indictment and presented it to the court.

Seriously getting an indictment is one of the easiest jobs for a lawyer, there is no opposition, there are clear standards, its so easy. This silly person TACO appointed is a dumb shit.
