If TACO wants the files released, why does Congress need to vote?

The Justice Department can release those files anytime TACO tells them to…. Remember, he is their boss!

So why does Congress have to vote to force them?

He’s still trying to avoid it, they will never get out.
Oh, there are so many fucking contradictions with that ass-chap. One thing's for sure - trump does NOT want any more information about Epstein released!

Trump is stalling again. Telling Congress to pass it is him showboating and knowing it won't pass the Senate or, if necessary, he can veto it for some bullshit reason such as something a Congressional rep slips into the bill.

Can these Trumppers not see this?
No, they are dimwitted and self-blinding. They only see what they want to see.

He was embarrassed because he knew the vote was going to be a landslide against him.

So why is he mad at MTG now?
Oh, we're still not going to see them.

trump opened up that "investigation" Friday for the sole purpose of preventing any documentation from coming out. Just like "we couldn't see his tax returns until the audit was done".

trump's giving the appearance of wanting the files released while taking every step possible behind the scenes to keep them hidden.

Not so sure he can, I don’t know for sure, but I believe such as investigation records are protected under privacy laws, and takes an act of Congress to make public. The court proceedings are generally available, but not all the records

I wonder if Bondi opened up a Clinton investigation so they can latter claim the Epstein records can not be released cause it is part if an ongoing investigation

Nope, he could release them tonight if he wanted to do so!

You don’t remember, this all started when he refused, well Bondi did it, but she does what he says.

They do not.

Congress is voting to try and force the files out of the DOJ who was refusing to give them prior.

Trump now saying he supports them voting for it is meaningless but he knows his magats are stupid enough to think this now means Trump wants them released. But at the same time he ordered Bondi to open an investigation so if the vote is to release them, she will then refuse citing an 'ongoing investigation'.

It is pure theatre but Trump knows his magats and what they will do...

Nope only the Grand Jury cannot be released. Everything else could be released by the DOJ today.

Dammit! I'm having a hard time finding "OP is a Delbert" memes. :rofl2:
You are a serious Delbert, Jarod. Yes you are.

He supports them voting to override his decision to keep the files secret.

It's Democrat Circuit judges doing that, dumbass, or are you not really a lawyer? That would be something you should know, especially posting here every day like you do. 'Sup, bitch? :BKick:
They will be released, and it's going to be like Al Capone's vault was to Geraldo and Trump's tax were to Rachel Maddow to the MSM AP/Reuters propagandists. I never really search for that thread with the research I did on all that, but I bet it's still on Falena's.
All networks and AP/Reuters are about to have a Geraldo Al Capone's Vault moment, IF you are even capable of comprehending wtf I'm saying.
