No, I don't think I would. It isn't like I like tariffs, and have not been shy stating so. However, changing a couple of tariffs for any reason is small cheese. There are far more important topics to deal with today.

Trump's idea is tariffs lower prices and bring jobs to America. That was stupid when he said it, and 95 percent of economists told him so. He has put tariffs all across the globe. However as predicted, inflation is growing bigly and many things consumers rely on are costing much, much more. So he picked a few things to lower tariffs on. He sees what is happening to Repubs across the country. Even Trump knows the midterms are coming. Someone on his staff told him. This is Trump caving to please the Repubs who need votes. I doubt he believes tariffs have anything to do with the mess his ignorance is causing. Trump is a drag on the party.
