Why do you oppose making the Epstein files public?

Let's imagine he "played it right"...

In your scenario, Vance becomes President now, he then finishes off Trump's term, then can run twice more because the limitation is on how many times you can run for the office, not in the amount of time you are in the office. Since he's never run for President it is possible we can have 10 or more years of JD Vance...
If Vance took over from Trump NOW, he would only get one more term as Potus. If he takes over 2 years plus one day into this term then he can still serve two full terms.

Some lies you just won’t give up huh

He’s going to die hiding at Mira Largo buried in court cases or in a jail cell
LOL Interesting thought, but I'm leaning toward the "house arrest forever at Mar-a-Lago with no social media or internet access" scenario.

OTOH, as @Damocles keeps pointing out, I'm always wrong so maybe you're closer to being right. <---pun intended

Walt is always wrong. You are just obsessed with me and cannot make a funny meme if your life was in danger and it was the only way to save you... it's WWW that is always wrong.

Catch up. We've been over this already in this very thread. Correct, if he took over right now he'd have about 7 years as President. Just keep reading, if you are honest and pay attention you may be surprised.

Some information...

From our friends in AI. Feel free to prove them wrong:
If Vice President Vance were to assume the presidency due to the President's death, resignation, or removal:
  • If he takes over on or before January 20, 2027 (serving two years or less of the current term), he would be eligible to run for election to two full terms as president.
  • If he takes over after January 20, 2027 (serving more than two years of the current term), he would only be eligible to run for election to one full term as president.

So you believe that Democrats lost on purpose because they are conning the people? I see. Interesting.

Tell your friend I do not gamble or con.
No. I believe they understood a losing battle and agreed with a ceasefire. There's also the Midterms to consider. Results count.

We all gamble, Damo. Marriages, kids, career moves, etc. It's a gamble. What interests me most is the difference between those who just like to roll dice and those who like cards. :)

Sure, I can, but you don't understand, so why waste my time.
Another dodge. Here, let me correct your stupidity.

The House REPUBLICANS passed a "clean" continuing resolution (aka clean CR) that would fund the government in its current state. The Democrats in the House overwhelmingly opposed that, but it passed. The clean CR went to the Senate. Now, the last half dozen or so times a clean CR was presented, the Democrats readily agreed to pass it and it passed.

Not this time. Senate Democrats voted against this clean CR--something like 14 times over like 45 days--DEMANDING that a spending bill be attached to the CR, without debate, without going to committee, for $1.5 trillion in new borrowing and spending to prop up Obamacare. The Republicans correctly refused to vote for that.

A shutdown ensued in which the DEMOCRATS continued to demand huge amounts of new spending without any debate be added to the CR. They could have accepted the clean CR, then made their case for this spending in committee like usual and put it in the final budget bills if it were approved in the usual way. But NO! They didn't want that. They wanted it now and without question.

In the end, enough Democrats saw the utter stupidity of holding the nation hostage to a government shutdown to vote for the clean CR. Now, Congress can debate and pass spending bills in the usual manner, even if a bit late.

THE SHUTDOWN WAS 100% THE DEMOCRAT'S FAULT AND NOBODY ELSE'S.

Wrong Way Walter.
As in our Walt? I don't know his background but understand he's better educated and experienced than most, if not all, of JPP's MAGAts.

That doesn't mean I agree with him all the time or even that he's right more than most intelligent, well-educated professionals. It's just that I recognize he is more rational than any two MAGAts put together. :)
