1. Can a man enjoin a woman in a legal union?

3. Can a woman enjoin a woman in a legal union?
4. Does the legislature have legal authority to call the three types of legal union "Type A," "Type B" and "Type C" ... or whatever they want to call them because they are the elected representatives of
We the People?
