Donald Trump, as a private citizen and owner of Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, banned Jeffrey Epstein from the property in late 2007. At the time, Trump was a real estate developer and not yet in public office, and the ban occurred months before Epstein's 2008 guilty plea to state charges involving prostitution with a minor.

The primary reason for the ban, according to multiple reports and a 2020 book by Miami Herald journalists titled The Grifter's Club, was Epstein's harassment of a teenage daughter of a Mar-a-Lago club member.

One club member described the incident to the authors as Epstein acting inappropriately toward the young girl. Trump reportedly viewed this as unacceptable.

Right up until you find out that Democrats redacted the name, and it is Giuffre who testified and repeatedly exonerated Trump from any activity like what you suggest. Democrats redacted the name, then tried to use it to "suggest" things they know it doesn't say... because even though they know that they will be caught, they know that nobody ever reads the corrections, they cannot help but do it if they think it will make a few useful idiots hate Trump more.

Her name was not in the emails saying he knew what was going on. There were a lot of victims.

Perhaps too by 2019 Epstein was sour enough because of Trumps massive success and because Trump dropped him as a friend that he would make shit up about Trump.
