The ACA works by making minimal health insurance more affordable and accessible to Americans, the opposite would bring us back to where we were previously where health coverage was the leading cause of bankruptcy in America and preexisting conditions as even pregnancy were reasons for denial of coverage

democrats also won't reimplement the only reason the ACA could possibly lower prices - forcing healthy young people in the pool or making them pay a penalty that goes into the pool if they refuse
